An example is a user, who enters the search item “Amazon” on Google to look for an item of his choice on Amazon. This is where dofair comes in, because many people prefer a clear and tidy homepage. Exactly this was the motive to develop such a page. A homepage that is clear and simple but adaptable in the simplest way.
As there is the possibility to earn money with this page, we are donating 90% of the income of our commissions (when you buy after searching through dofair) to a non-profit organization.

No, the use of dofair is free of charge. The charges are directed towards the company / organization that you are using via dofair, and they transfer a percentage of the products that have been bought as commissions to dofair. Therefore you never have additional charges and dofair will not charge you for the use.

dofair is an interdisciplinary project of students and is based on the previous platform Simplythesearch.com. The dofair-team consists of students of different studies, like International Business Studies, Information Technology, Media Studies and Business Sciences.
The basic idea of our project is: facilitating searching for our users for individual contents on the internet and donating money for non-profit organizations at the same time in order to make the world somewhat a better place.

dofair lives on word of mouth. You help dofair the most by informing others about dofair and its advantages. For that purpose you have a lot of possibilities. At the bottom of our pages you will find various services, with which help you can inform others about dofair.org. Or you can tell your friends about dofair by yourself.

On dofair.org no personal data will be stored if you don´t want to be registered. The only data that will be stored is information about your settings that you have made on the settings page. These data won´t be stored at dofair though, but on your own computer. This will be done with the help of a cookie. If you don´t allow cookies on your browser or delete them, your settings made will be lost. The providers of the search engines are responsible for the content of the linked pages and used search engines respectively. dofair doesn´t provide any contents apart from dofair.org and its associates.
